Do not login from the same computer!
Change the user/pass using another computer!!!!
change pass hint and second email. do the same if you use the same pass by others (by ftp and websvr. watch the login / svr. log file)
Use pass longer than 16 digit

Deinstall your Firewall or change the firewall, reset config.

more than 200 Viruses wasnt found by eset nod an 1st system and on second os kaspersky the same.
eset Nod i bought original shortly to get the daily updates but now how to sale NOD or change with BitDefender?
