Windows XP SP3 Release Candidate is a cumulative service pack that includes all previously released updates for Windows XP, including security updates, out-of-band releases, and hotfixes.
IE 7 and Media Player 11 is not include but can be updated later.
SP3 comes with IE 6 and Media Player 9.
KB888111 for High Definition Audio (UAA Bus Driver)Support is not included available via OEM's.
