Never use this before since it is not free, so hard for me to comment. I am using Returnil and the free version is already very good. Nevertheless, given a chance, I would like to try this out. I see that CDRoller 8.x rated quite highly in many reviews. It must be very good as well.
Regarding review on Alexa. I don't know what it is and not know how to go about it either.... so sorry. I am not a tech expert. Just use pc for ordinary daily simple task.
