If you reinstall windows, backup the files and folders under:
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USERNAME\Application Data\Digiarty\
'YOUR USERNAME' replace with the PC username you using.
Without backing up these files especially User.bin
eg.: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USERNAME\Application Data\Digiarty\WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe\User.bin
you can't re activate after 31. May 2011 the software.
User.bin also contents the upgrade rights in the last line:
ProductType=Full
or
ProductType=GiveAway
