If you have any problems on your OS caused by PEcompact v2.79 final, try the uncompressed Version:

Why this is suddenly >600 KB and not ~500 KB unpacked as RC2 is because for editing it with PEexplorer, reshack etc.. will need to clean it up first for this kind of purpose.
