WinRAR v3.80 get a license for v3.80 for free (offer ends on 15. March 2020)

As it was already possible once in the past (with version 3.70), you can now get a license of WinRAR for free. The only thing that is to mention - it's only working with version 3.80 of WinRAR, not any newer version.
